By booking an appointment at Yihan Luxury Spa, you agree to follow our spa policies regarding booking, payments, cancellations, and conduct. We maintain the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior. All services at our spa in Kandivali West are offered with professionalism, and clients are responsible for their personal belongings and health disclosures.
Booking & Payment
Appointments at Yihan Luxury Spa can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website. Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability. Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
Cancellations & Refunds
Clients are requested to inform us in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of advance payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our spa policy and management approval.
Service Limitations
All spa and massage services are provided strictly for relaxation and wellness purposes. We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or violates spa policies. Service duration and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
User Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests. Any misconduct, inappropriate requests, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Client details are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
Liability
Yihan Luxury Spa is not responsible for any personal belongings lost, damaged, or stolen within the premises. Clients are advised to inform therapists about any medical conditions before the session. Services are availed at the client’s own risk.
