1. Professional Conduct

Yihan Luxury Spa provides strictly professional therapeutic massages. Any inappropriate behavior toward our therapists will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

2. Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid inconveniencing the next guest.

3. Health Disclosure

Clients are required to inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical injuries before the session starts.
